These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the client and GreenWatts Group Pty Ltd (referred to as "we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Services
Energy Efficiency Auditing and Advice: Identify Energy Waste: The primary goal is to pinpoint areas where energy is being used inefficiently or unnecessarily. This could involve leaky insulation, outdated equipment, inefficient lighting, poorly managed HVAC systems, or even behavioural patterns of energy users. Quantify Energy Consumption: An audit establishes a baseline of current energy usage, breaking it down by different systems and processes. This data is crucial for understanding where the biggest energy costs lie. Pinpoint Cost-Saving Opportunities: By identifying inefficiencies, the audit highlights specific actions that can be taken to reduce energy consumption and, consequently, lower energy bills. These recommendations often come with estimated cost savings and payback periods. Reduce Environmental Impact (Carbon Footprint): Lowering energy consumption directly translates to a smaller carbon footprint. By identifying ways to use less energy, audits help organizations contribute to sustainability goals and potentially meet regulatory requirements. Improve Comfort and Productivity: Addressing energy inefficiencies can often lead to improvements in comfort levels (e.g., better temperature control, reduced drafts) and even productivity (e.g., improved lighting quality). Inform Investment Decisions: The audit provides data-driven insights to help organizations make informed decisions about investing in energy-efficient technologies, upgrades, and retrofits. This ensures that resources are allocated effectively to the most impactful projects. Ensure Compliance and Meet Standards: In some cases, energy audits may be required for compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, or specific industry standards. Increase Asset Value: Implementing energy efficiency measures identified in an audit can potentially increase the value of a building or facility by reducing operating costs and improving its sustainability profile. Raise Awareness: The audit process itself can raise awareness among occupants and staff about energy consumption patterns and the importance of energy-saving behaviours. Product We Sell: HVAC Heat Pumps Solar PV Wind Power Generators Battery Storage EV Charging Equipment Installation Services: Installation services are carried out according to Australian state and federal government regulations.
